Purpose of role As a Case Manager you will be required to provide administrative support and outstanding service to our clients. You will take ownership of your clients’ mortgage cases throughout the application process. Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding, efficient service by proactively managing client expectations and providing regular updates from application through to completion Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems throughout the full application lifecycle Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners, including Lenders, Solicitors, and Estate Agents Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties to ensure cases progress as efficiently and smoothly as possible Proactively manage a large pipeline of active applications, acting as the main point of contact throughout the process Drive mortgage applications through to offer in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail Skills Strong knowledge of the UK property market with a good understanding of mortgage processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working under pressure while meeting agreed service standards Professional, confident, and approachable with an excellent telephone manner Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex cases Client-focused, with a commitment to delivering a consistently high level of service Experience Customer Service Experience.
