Personal Assistant Reporting to: PrincipalSeniority Level: Mid Career (2 - 4 yrs exp) A dynamic real estate office is seeking a high-energy, organized, and client-focused Personal Assistant with Real Estate Administrator & Property Consultant experience to support the Principal Director and assist with property sales, rentals, and day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities Assist with property sales, rentals, listings, viewings, and client communication Prepare marketing materials, property descriptions, and social media content Conduct comparative market analyses and support pricing decisions Draft and manage mandates, OTPs, lease agreements, and related documentation Coordinate viewings, show houses, and client appointments Provide executive support to the Principal Director Assist with onboarding, office administration, filing, reporting, and vendor coordination Conduct property inspections and prepare reports as needed Drive to viewings, offices, suppliers, and other locations as needed Support marketing, branding, and general business operations Attend industry events, expos, and training sessions as required Requirements Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent communication and client-service orientation Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for work duties Flexibility to attend after-hours viewings or meetings when required Own vehicle Working Hours: 8am to 16:30 Mon to Fri Commission: Earn 10% commission on successful sales or rentals from clients personally introduced through cold calling or other acquisition efforts (paid upon successful completion of the transaction).How to Apply: Submit your CV & supporting documents via link provided only .
