Managing paid acquisition across a premium portfolio that spans residential development and a boutique aparthotel brand, this is an opportunity to take absolute ownership of a high-growth digital ad spend . This role sits at the intersection of heavy data analytics, technical conversion infrastructure, and commercial lead generation. You will live and breathe the numbers, knowing how to translate digital budgets into high-quality, actionable sales leads while ensuring absolute precision in tracking and data attribution. The role is heavily execution-focused, with an emphasis on building, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Google (Search and Performance Max) and Meta platforms , alongside technical ownership of the tracking and data integration ecosystem. Success depends on your deep understanding of performance algorithms, continuous conversion rate optimization (CRO), and a logical approach to marketing automation and pipeline management. Duties and Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Drive daily bid optimization, budget pacing, asset allocation, and audience targeting strategies to maintain optimal cost-per-acquisition (CPA). Take absolute ownership of technical attribution, including setting up and managing Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, and server-side Conversions API (CAPI). Manage the integration and flow of leads from digital platforms into the core CRM pipeline, utilizing automation tools and webhooks to ensure clean data routing. Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creative, copy, and landing pages to improve Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) across all digital channels. Manage search engine optimization (SEO), overseeing technical health, on-page performance, and keyword strategies to drive organic intent. Build, maintain, and segment digital database audiences for targeted nurture campaigns and lifecycle marketing. Deliver highly detailed, data-driven performance dashboards and weekly reports tracking lead volumes, pipeline health, and return on ad spend (ROAS). Monitor competitor digital footprints, ad placements, and market trends to ensure ad spend efficiency remains highly competitive. Requirements 5+ years’ experience in a dedicated performance marketing, growth marketing, or technical media buying role. Proven track record managing significant monthly ad spend budgets across Google Ads (including Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager. Deep technical literacy in data attribution, with expert-level knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, tracking pixels, and server-side data structures. Experience with CRM data logic, lead routing, and workflow automations (experience with tools like Pipedrive or Zapier is highly advantageous but not required). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex digital data points into clear, commercial growth strategies. Proven experience driving landing page design, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and structured creative testing. Ability to work in a fast-paced, lead-generation-driven environment where business outcomes are tied directly to campaign performance.
