PwC is looking for a Solution Design Lead to join our Cloud & Digital delivery team. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in solution design, architecture, or a related field and a proven track record of designing and implementing complex technical solutions. Experience in leading and managing technical teams. Strong background in software development and system integration Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise architecture frameworks. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Strong technical proficiency in solution architecture and system design. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong leadership and team management skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree in a related field (optional). TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) certification. AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent cloud certification. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (optional). Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions that meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications. Oversee the development and integration of systems, ensuring alignment with architectural standards. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Conduct technical reviews and ensure the quality and performance of solutions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution design. Manage and mitigate risks associated with solution design and implementation.
