CIOVITA is looking for a highly organised and driven Mid-Level Sales Coordinator to join our Custom South Africa team. About the Role As a Mid-Level Sales Coordinator, you will take full ownership of standard-complexity custom orders — managing the process from initial enquiry through to production handover. You’ll balance inbound sales activity with structured outbound growth efforts, ensuring customers experience a professional, predictable and seamless journey. At the same time, you’ll maintain accurate CRM and system data to give the business a clear, real‑time view of the pipeline. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Order Management Own allocated enquiries and accounts from first contact to production handover Qualify leads and recommend the appropriate Custom package Prepare accurate quotes aligned with pricing, tax and lead‑time guidelines Create and manage Sales Orders and Jobs in Sync Ensure all system data is complete and up to date CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain an accurate and well‑managed pipeline Log all key customer interactions Use CRM dashboards to prioritise work and support forecasting Outbound & Growth Support Execute structured outbound outreach (calls, emails and follow‑ups) Identify reorders, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities Support targeted sales campaigns and client reactivation initiatives Collaboration & Problem Solving Work closely with Creative Studio, Production and Logistics teams Escalate risks proactively with context and proposed solutions Contribute to process and system improvements What Success Looks Like Contribution to Custom South Africa revenue targets Strong quote-to-order conversion rates Accurate and clean CRM data Consistent outbound activity and repeat order growth Positive customer feedback and minimal avoidable errors What We’re Looking For Solid understanding of sales coordination and order management processes Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple live orders Confident working in CRM systems and operational platforms Proactive, solution‑focused mindset Professional, calm and customer‑centred communication style Experience in apparel, custom manufacturing or production‑driven environments will be advantageous.
