Project and Site Establishment Conduct project startup activities.Perform site assessments and site visits.Liaise with clients before mobilisation.Coordinate project implementation and operational readiness.Ensure resources, equipment, and personnel are in place before project commencement. Site Management Oversight Provide oversight of site operations.Support site managers with operational requirements.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements.Monitor contract performance and service delivery.Assist with workforce planning and operational improvements. Requirements Degree or Diploma qualification.Contract Management qualification advantageous. Experience 810 years' experience in mining, materials handling, bulk earthworks, or contract mining.Proven experience in commercial and contract management.Experience in pricing, tendering, and cost modelling.Experience managing client relationships within the mining sector.Exposure to site operations and project mobilisation.
