This dual-role position combines analytical expertise with operational planning to support the distribution team. Key Responsibilities Data Analyst Duties: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision‑making. Transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive performance. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to improve operational efficiency. Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports for management. Route Planner Duties: Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily transport routes. Ensure cost‑effective, timely, and efficient service delivery. Optimize routes using mapping and routing software. Allocate vehicles and drivers based on operational needs. Monitor route performance and implement improvements. Communicate with drivers, supervisors, and customers to resolve issues. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration, route planning, or a data analyst role. Strong computer literacy. Good understanding of: Maps and geographic systems. Tracking programmes. Route planning applications. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
