Overview Flyp is revolutionising the real estate industry with a mission to create a fairer and more efficient ecosystem for sellers, agents, and buyers. The current property market is plagued by inefficiencies and lack of transparency, leading to missed opportunities and frustration for all parties involved. Flyp aims to disrupt this status quo by providing technology-enabled solutions that prioritize trust, transparency, and maximum value for sellers. We are on track to 3x our revenue this year vs last and Flyp is poised to scale its operations and make a significant impact in the industry. Position Overview As a Marketplace Manager at Flyp, you will sit at the centre of our marketplace operation — managing multiple live seller journeys at once, coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders, and driving each sale forward with pace, clarity, and great judgement. This role is high-ownership and high-velocity. You’ll be juggling a large volume of moving parts (often dozens of stakeholders and up to 100 live projects at once), making prioritisation decisions daily, and ensuring sellers, agents, and buyers all have what they need to progress smoothly through the funnel. You’ll build strong relationships with our partner agents and ensure listings are positioned and progressed effectively - while also supporting vendors decision-making around pricing strategy, negotiation approach, relaunch plans. Responsibilities Marketplace & Project Management: Manage a large pipeline of live sales journeys, keeping every deal moving forward. Coordinate multiple stakeholders per deal (sellers, agents, buyers, solicitors, surveyors, internal teams). Prioritise ruthlessly across competing deadlines and unblock bottlenecks quickly. Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene in our CRM and internal trackers, ensuring the business always knows “what’s happening and what’s next”. Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agents, acting as the day-to-day point of contact. Ensure agents are equipped with the right materials, messaging, and next steps to drive viewings, offers, and buyer momentum. Communicate confidently with sellers and buyers where needed — setting expectations, building trust, and keeping everyone aligned. Deal Progression, Negotiation Support & Decisioning: Support offer strategy and progression once offers are received (momentum, terms, buyer strength, next-best actions). Make or recommend clear decisions on relaunch strategy, pricing approach, agent selection, and next steps based on the data and context. Influence stakeholders to take the right actions — you can convince, align, and drive outcomes without relying on authority. Operational Excellence & Improvement: Identify recurring issues and improve processes, templates, and playbooks to scale efficiently. Surface customer feedback and marketplace insights to improve product and operations. Track core KPIs (velocity, conversion, offer-to-completion outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction) and take corrective action when needed. Qualifications 2–5+ years experience in a high-pace role managing multiple parallel workstreams (e.g., marketplace ops, account management, project/programme management, customer success, operations, consulting, logistics, financial services, etc.). Proven ability to manage high volumes of live work with strong organisation, prioritisation, and follow-through. Strong judgement: you can assess situations quickly, make decisions, and explain your reasoning clearly. Confident communicator: you build rapport fast, handle difficult conversations well, and can influence outcomes with multiple stakeholders. Comfortable working with data and tools to manage performance and pipeline (CRM proficiency required). Proactive, resilient, and calm under pressure — you enjoy owning messy problems and turning them into clear action. Adaptable and excited by a fast-moving startup environment. Nice to have (not required): experience in property, legal/conveyancing workflows, negotiation environments, or high-consideration sales operations. Benefits Bonus structure linked to performance (uncapped). Hybrid working (mix of remote and in-office collaboration, with flexibility - outcomes matter). Opportunities for career growth and professional development. A supportive and inclusive work environment. Be part of a fast-growing company and collaborative team shaping the future of the UK residential real estate market. The opportunity to make a lasting impact — we’re a start-up so every day counts; what you create will have real, tangible results. Opportunity to become employed full-time from contract. Other Requirements Your own home office setup (including laptop). Reliable internet (10–20mbps minimum). Loadshedding solution. Tax compliant. Compensation Base Salary: cR22,000.00 per month Bonus Commission, uncapped. #J-18808-Ljbffr
