Account Manager (Marketing Experience) — Remote Salary: $2,500 to $3,400 per month Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Location: Remote Contract: Contractor Equipment: Bring your own device We are recruiting on behalf of a client in the Marketing Services industry for a strong Account Manager who can own client relationships end to end. THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF Please read this carefully before applying. You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing client accounts in a marketing or digital agency environment . You are not a VA and not a salesperson . You are confident owning client relationships, coordinating delivery, and keeping multiple marketing projects moving at once. Your written and spoken English is genuinely C2 or native level , without relying on AI tools. You are calm under pressure, structured by default, and trusted by clients. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Managing day-to-day client communication with speed, clarity, and professionalism Running regular client check-ins and translating goals into clear plans and timelines Coordinating delivery across marketing workstreams such as campaigns, content, ads, email, and web updates Managing priorities across multiple accounts without things slipping Presenting updates, performance summaries, and next steps in a clear, client-friendly way Identifying risks early including delays, scope creep, or underperformance and driving solutions Maintaining clean documentation including notes, timelines, action items, and client preferences Expect to manage multiple active accounts at the same time . This is not a junior role. MUST-HAVES (NON-NEGOTIABLE) 2+ years in account management or client-facing project management within a marketing environment Working knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals including campaigns, funnels, paid and organic channels, and basic analytics Excellent written and spoken English assessed directly and without AI tools Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Confident phone communication and the ability to hold professional client conversations Customer-first mindset with comfort being measured on client satisfaction Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup If you struggle with client pressure, fast-moving priorities, or accountability, this role will not be a fit.
