Minimum Technical / Professional Qualifications and Experience Matric / Grade 12 qualification. Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field is essential. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification will be advantageous. Minimum of 8 years’ relevant financial experience, including accounting, inventory management, audit articles, or related finance functions, with supervisory or team leadership experience.
