Job Overview We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to support the planning, design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems within a project environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all electrical works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications andstandards. Key Responsibilities • Design, review, and oversee electrical systems and installations.• Ensure compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards.• Supervise electrical construction and commissioning activities on-site.• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and technical evaluations.• Review technical drawings, calculations, and electrical documentation.• Monitor project progress, quality, and electrical performance.• Assist with reporting, planning, and project coordination activities. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.• Minimum 3–8 years’ experience in electrical engineering within construction, mining, industrial, infrastructure, or energy projects.• Knowledge of electrical systems, HV/LV installations, and relevant codes and standards.• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Professional registration with ECSA will be advantageous.
