Our client, a well-established liquor distribution company, is looking for an HR Officer who will be developed into the HR Manager over the next 3–5 years. This role is for someone who Wants to build a long‑term career in HR Is resilient and not afraid of a tough environment Has strong labour law knowledge and hands‑on HR exposure Is willing to put in the hours and grow into leadership The environment This is a liquor (alcohol) warehouse/distribution setting – fast‑paced, demanding, and not corporate. You’ll be working closely with an operational workforce and will need to be confident, firm, and solutions‑driven. Requirements HR degree (non‑negotiable) Strong SA labour law knowledge CCMA experience (independent representation) Own transport Willing to work 5½ days a week and extended hours in peak season Salary R20 000 – R28 000 (incl. provident fund) Based in Parow Industrial, Cape Town.
