The Role: Creative Operations Lead / Studio Operations Lead This role sits at the intersection of studio operations, workflow management, delivery coordination, and operational enablement. The successful candidate will take ownership of creating greater operational visibility, structure, and consistency across the business while supporting the founders and creative teams in delivering high-quality work efficiently. This is not a traditional project management role focused purely on task tracking. The position is designed for someone who enjoys building scalable operational systems, improving workflow clarity, identifying inefficiencies proactively, and helping creative teams perform at their best without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy. Key Responsibilities 5+ years experience in creative studio operations, agency operations, workflow management, delivery leadership, or similar operational environments Own and continuously improve studio workflow, delivery coordination, and operational visibility across active projects, campaigns, retainers, and internal initiatives Lead resource visibility and workload planning to support sustainable delivery across creative and operational teams Identify workflow inefficiencies, delivery risks, bottlenecks, and operational gaps proactively Build and refine scalable operational processes that improve clarity, accountability, and delivery consistency Coordinate across designers, developers, freelancers, editors, and external partners to maintain delivery momentum Maintain visibility across timelines, dependencies, approvals, deliverables, and project status updates Design, implement, and improve operational systems, documentation, and workflow structures across the business Support and optimise the use of tools, including Zoho Projects, Google Drive, Frame.io, Figma, and internal workflow trackers Surface operational priorities, blockers, risks, and delivery considerations to leadership proactively Create operational breathing room for founders by reducing bottlenecks and improving decision-making visibility About You 5+ years experience within creative operations, agency operations, production coordination, workflow management, or marketing delivery environments Strong operational thinking with the ability to bring structure into fast-moving creative environments Proven experience improving workflows, operational systems, or delivery processes Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead operational clarity across teams Able to work autonomously, proactively, and with a high level of accountability Calm under pressure with strong prioritisation and decision-making ability Collaborative and people-focused with the ability to support creative teams effectively Experience working with platforms such as Zoho Projects, Google Drive, Frame.io, Figma, or similar operational tools is advantageous Comfortable working remotely within UK working hours
