Provide ongoing financial guidance aligned with clients' evolving objectives and risk tolerance. Client Relationship Management Maintain regular contact with clients and conduct periodic portfolio reviews. Provide updates on market developments, investment opportunities, and legislative changes. Deliver a proactive and personalised service experience. Compliance & Administration Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Maintain up-to-date client records within the firm's CRM system. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. Professional Development & Collaboration Participate in training, product provider meetings, and development programmes. Attend team and management meetings as required. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the firm's products, services, and value proposition. Represent the company professionally and uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
