HR Administrator / HR Assistant – Luxury Lodge (Fixed-Term Contract) About the Role A prestigious 5-star luxury safari lodge in the Outside Nelspruit aGame Reserve is seeking an experienced and professional HR Administrator / HR Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis. This is a live-in, l lodge-based position set within one of South Africa's most iconic Big Five wilderness destinations. Working Roster This is a rotational position: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off. Accommodation and meals are provided at the lodge during your working rotation. Key Responsibilities General HR administration and record-keeping Maintaining and updating employee files and HR databases Assisting with onboarding and induction of new staff Leave administration and tracking Support with payroll preparation and time and attendance Drafting HR correspondence and communications Ensuring compliance with labour legislation and lodge HR policies Supporting management with any employee relations matters Requirements Relevant HR qualification (Diploma or Degree in HR Management or related field) Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR administration role Strong knowledge of South African labour law Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in hospitality or lodge environments will be advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of discretion and professionalism Must be comfortable living on-site in a remote bush environment Availability Candidates must be immediately available or able to start within 2 weeks (maximum 2-week notice period). #J-18808-Ljbffr
