Responsibilities: Manage and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers Review tenders and identify contractual risks and opportunities Ensure legal compliance and manage contractual risks Support project teams with cost control, claims, and variations Handle contract negotiations and stakeholder communications Maintain accurate contract documentation and records Resolve disputes and manage claims efficiently Liaise with legal teams when needed Attend project meetings and align contract terms with execution Ensure deliverables and obligations are clearly understood and met Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related field Experience in contracts management within the construction industry Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, JBCC, or other standard forms of contract Proven experience in tendering, claims, and dispute resolution Solid understanding of commercial and legal aspects of construction projects Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software Contact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
