About the job Associate Tele-underwriting consultant You’ll be based at our client operations division at our Port Elizabeth office. You’ll report to our team leader: Tele-underwriting who is accountable for all our captured proposal applications and tele-underwriting functions. You must have passed grade 12/matric with Maths literacy or NFS achievement level 3. Your experience: You must have exceptional telephone skills Knowledge or experience in health-related terminology is preferable Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferable Your skills and character traits: You are organised and have administrative skills You are quality driven You have the ability to pay attention to detail (accuracy is important) You have the ability to work effectively with others and contribute to the teams You have the ability to operate effectively under pressure You are task and deadline orientated You must have the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
