The Opportunity We are looking for an ambitious and relationship‑driven Medical Device Sales Specialist – Aesthetics to join our South African team. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional passionate about aesthetics, medical technology, and premium client experience. You will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strong partnerships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medi‑spas, and other healthcare professionals. You will represent one of the world’s most innovative aesthetic portfolios and play a key role in expanding BTL’s presence across the region. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets within the assigned territory. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the aesthetic medical market. Build long‑term relationships with clinic owners, physicians, and key decision‑makers. Conduct product demonstrations, consultations, and clinical presentations. Support clients with onboarding, training, and post‑sale relationship management. Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to execute local growth strategies and events. Represent BTL at congresses, workshops, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting within CRM systems. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. What We Are Looking For Proven success in medical device, aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales. Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or related fields is highly preferred. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to develop and close opportunities independently. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Confidence in consultative and solution‑based selling. Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented personality. Ability to travel within the territory as required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field is advantageous.
