About This Position We’re looking for an AI Marketer, someone who understands the energy of a scroll-stopping campaign and knows how to turn that energy into real products. You’ll lead the thinking behind what we build, how it looks, and how we go to market. Using AI tools, trend insights, and sharp positioning to make it land. If you’re a marketing generalist with an obsession for product culture, tools, and speed, this is for you. Full-TimeBase Structure + CommissionRemote-First (South Africa-based) Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Digital Content (Red & Yellow, Marketing Degree, etc. ideal) Demonstrated creative thinking and insight generation (trend decks, personal projects, AI content, etc.) A strong understanding of digital tooling and automation workflows Confidence in platforms like ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, Figma, ClickUp, Canva, etc. Experience in turning loose ideas into structured product concepts or campaigns Excellent copywriting and communication skills (positioning, naming, microcopy) Responsibilities Research market gaps and opportunities using AI tools and industry analysis Shape product ideas and define GTM angles for fast execution Lead creative ideation, product naming, copywriting, and micro-branding Co-own the launch strategy and comms plan for new tools and experiments Collaborate with devs to keep projects aligned with user need and speed Share insights and performance post-launch, feeding back into what to build next Working Conditions Fully remote role SA-based Access to premium tools and full support from Junctn What We Offer Base salary + competitive commission structure on shipped tools Creative freedom and a playground to experiment Direct ownership over ideas, MVPs, and commercial outcomes Work with leading-edge tools like Cursor, Lovable, AI agents, and n8n Part of a tight-knit build squad with access to devs, content, and creative talent Growth into product strategy or innovation leadership.
