As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics and repair of heavy-duty trucks and equipment. Responsibilities Carry out maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and equipment Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults Perform inspections, preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs Use diagnostic tools to analyse faults and complete accurate repairs Record maintenance and repair work clearly and correctly Work together with colleagues to keep vehicles and equipment in top condition Qualifications A trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic or similar Experience working on heavy-duty trucks and/or heavy earth moving equipment Strong diagnostic, maintenance and repair experience on trucks Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems is a strong advantage What can you expect from us A fixed 2-year contract (40 hours per week), with the prospect of a permanent position A salary around €4,300 gross per month, depending on your experience 25 paid holidays + potential ADV days Paid public holidays (up to 7 per year) 8.33% holiday allowance (paid annually in May) Overtime and shift allowances according to Dutch regulations Travel allowance of €0.23 per km Full relocation support, from housing to administration Opportunities for technical training and personal development Interested?
