Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers Drive the design, development, and optimisation of scalable data platforms and pipelines Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained Oversee reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives Support strategic decision-making through actionable insights and performance metrics Manage project delivery timelines and technical roadmaps Requirements: 8+ years experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields Previous experience leading or managing technical data teams Strong SQL and database management skills Experience with cloud platforms and modern data stack technologies Proficiency in Python, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts Exposure to BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
