Sales Team Leader, Germiston A leading diagnostics and laboratory services provider is requiring a Sales Team Leader who will play a pivotal role in leading a sales team that drives revenue and achieve sales targets whilst expanding the brand’s presence within the healthcare, insurance and corporate markets. Key Responsibilities Acquire new clients across healthcare providers, medical practices, insurance firms, and corporate accounts. Drive the sales team to increase the organisation’s market presence. Ensure the sales teams meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide ongoing support, training and performance feedback to the sales team to enhance productivity. Serve as a professional brand ambassador. Assist with the planning and execution of sales plans. Ideal Candidate Profile Enthusiastic and energetic candidate with experience in managing high performing teams. Experience within healthcare, insurance, medical diagnostics, pathology, pharmaceutical, or related fields. A results-driven individual with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptionally well-spoken, articulate, and professional in presentation and communication. High level of determination, resilience, and ability to build rapport quickly. Qualification Matric Qualification in sales, marketing or business management is an advantage Excellent Microsoft office suite skills Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
