We are looking for someone with real depth across HR, IR, recruitment, payroll oversight, compliance, Employment Equity, Skills Development, and BBBEE.What you’ll be doing:Leading the full HR function across the groupManaging IR, CCMA matters, and labour riskDriving recruitment quality and HR processesOverseeing payroll, compliance, and reportingBuilding structure, accountability, and strong HR systemsPlaying a key role in developing an internal training academyIdeal background:Motor industry, automotive aftermarket, fleet, engineering, or similarExperience leading HR for 200+ employeesStrong hands-on IR and disciplinary experienceProven leadership of an HR teamSolid understanding of EE, BBBEE, and Skills DevelopmentThis role is NOT for you if:Your experience is mainly corporate HRYou lack strong IR/CCMA experienceYou have not led an HR function end-to-endWe are looking for a strong operator — someone who can bring structure, control, and leadership to a growing business.
