A well-established manufacturing business is seeking a Financial Accountant to support the finance team with month-end reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and operational finance support. Perform balance sheet reconciliations, journals, and month-end close activities. Maintain accurate stock accounting and support inventory reporting. Assist with audit preparation, statutory compliance, and financial controls. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure VAT and tax-related submissions are accurate and submitted on time. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: BCom Accounting / Finance (Non-negotiable) Completed Articles (SAICA / SAIPA) (Non-negotiable) Experience: Minimum 25 years finance experience post articles Proven experience within a manufacturing / production environment (Non-negotiable) Exposure to stock, costing, and operational reporting advantageous Skills: Strong accounting fundamentals and reporting skills Advanced Excel skills (Non-negotiable) ERP system exposure (Syspro / SAP / Sage / Oracle advantageous) Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Other Non-Negotiables: Strong communication skills and ability to work with operational teams Must be hands-on and willing to take ownership of deliverables Apply now!
