Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years experience as a Litigation Secretary Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent Strong experience in litigation procedures and legal secretarial work Must not hold an LLB degree Must not be currently studying towards an LLB degree Key Responsibilities Typing and drafting of legal documents and correspondence Managing litigation files and court documentation Liaising with courts, counsel, and clients Diary management and court deadlines Filing, indexing, and general litigation administration Assisting attorneys with trial preparation and urgent applications Skills & Attributes Strong knowledge of High Court and Magistrates Court procedures Excellent typing speed and accuracy Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Highly organised with good time management skills Professional communication skills Ability to handle a fast-paced litigation environment
