We are a leading technology consulting firm seeking 2 Enterprise Azure Architects to join our team on an initial 3-month contract based in Johannesburg. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact Azure transformation initiative, with a strong focus on tenant-to-tenant migrations, identity architecture, and enterprise-scale Azure environments. What you'll do: Lead and design enterprise Azure architecture solutions aligned to business and technical requirements Drive and deliver Azure tenant-to-tenant migration projects Architect and implement identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Design and enforce Azure governance frameworks, including management groups, subscriptions, policies, and landing zones Provide expertise across security, monitoring, and baseline controls Oversee Azure networking architecture, including DNS, firewalls, private endpoints, and integrations Produce high-quality technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer Engage with stakeholders and provide clear architectural guidance and communication Your Expertise: Senior-level experience in Azure Enterprise Architecture Proven track record delivering Azure tenant-to-tenant migrations Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Hands-on experience with:App registrations & enterprise applications Service principals & managed identities Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Conditional access policies Deep knowledge of:Azure governance (management groups, subscriptions, policies, landing zones) Azure security & monitoring practices Azure networking (DNS, certificates, firewalls, private endpoints, integrations) Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
