Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric Hospitality Management qualification or similar tertiary qualification preferred Minimum 46 years housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or lodge environment At least 23 years in a senior supervisory or management role Experience within a 4-star or 5-star hospitality establishment Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organisational and time-management abilities High attention to detail and quality standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, chemicals, and equipment Computer literacy (MS Office and hotel PMS systems) Budgeting and stock control experience Advantageous Experience with luxury boutique hotels or seaside resorts Knowledge of eco-conscious hospitality practices Multilingual ability advantageous Drivers license preferred
