We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations across restaurant, bar, and event services. You will ensure high service standards, maintain operational efficiency, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations Lead, train, and motivate front‑of‑house team members Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally Maintain hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management Support scheduling and rota planning Minimum Qualifications and Experience Must have experience in Food & Beverage services Must be able to lead a team High level of communication skills – both written and verbal Must be computer literate Friendly, approachable with some form of client experience Ability to handle complaints in a courteous manner Key Competencies and Personal Attributes Ability to work under pressure Good communication skills Honest & Dependable South Africa’s leading corporate player in the development and management of property and the leisure sector, currently has the following opportunity at Waterberg Game Park in Limpopo.
