Job Description: Supervise HVAC, plumbing, piping, lifts, and fire protection installations Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and SANS standards Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control procedures Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions Monitor contractor performance and project progress Coordinate multidisciplinary site activities Manage RFIs, variations, and payment certifications Oversee testing, commissioning, and project handover Maintain HSE compliance and reporting Skills & Experience: Minimum 510+ years site supervision experience on construction or engineering projects Strong knowledge of HVAC, wet services, and fire systems within the built environment Professional registration with ECSA advantageous Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills Qualification: BTech / BEng in Mechanical Engineering Professional registration with ECSA will be an added advantage Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered Connect with us on
