This entry-level team member position will deliver remarkable customer service by providing customers with product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role includes a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, pricing, inventory, merchandising, and collaboration with other team members and managers on additional tasks as needed. Hiring immediately at a starting rate of no less than $14.50 per hour, based on experience and the Union Pay Scale. Required scheduling availability: Days are flexible, but you must be available on our three busiest sales days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm on other days. Build rapport with customers. Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language. Help customers with any questions; if unable, direct them to a teammate. Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards. Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks. What skills will you use? Detail‑oriented and organized.
