Overview FullFunnel is urgently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator with strong Salesforce CPQ experience to support our internal and client-facing Revenue Operations teams. This role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day Salesforce operations, maintaining CPQ configurations, optimizing pricing and quoting workflows, and ensuring data integrity across the full lead→opportunity→quote→revenue lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in CPQ administration, strong proficiency in Flows and automation, and the ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success stakeholders to enhance operational performance across multiple client environments. Key Responsibilities Administer and optimize Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ environments, including configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement. Build and maintain Salesforce CPQ components, including: Product configuration Price rules & price conditions Quote templates Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects, and field structures. Ensure high-quality data hygiene, including audits, deduplication, enrichment, and governance practices. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership visibility. Automate and streamline workflows to eliminate manual tasks and improve process efficiency. Support integrations with key RevOps and GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay, Make/Zapier). Configure user profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings. Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for non-technical users. Partner with RevOps leadership to evaluate and refine AI-assisted workflow automation across Sales and Customer Success. Qualifications CPQ experience is mandatory (minimum 1 year hands‑on). 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce Flows (core requirement). Strong understanding of CRM and CPQ data models across the full lead→opportunity→quote→revenue lifecycle. Experience building dashboards and reporting for operational and executive use. Highly organized with strong attention to process detail and data accuracy. Ability to work cross‑functionally to translate business requirements into Salesforce and CPQ improvements. Preferred Experience Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (advantageous, not required). Experience with Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or similar integration platforms.
