Role Purpose Accurately process divorce orders and administration within agreed service levels in order to support the operations of the fund. Requirements Matric (Grade 12). 2 Years experience in employee benefit administration. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate the assessment of the divorce order documentation in order to determine if the order is valid. Calculate the ex-spouse's share of the fund based on the parameters of the divorce order. Update members information on the relevant system in line with the divorce order. Draft and send relevant correspondence to client and ex-spouse in a professional manner. Obtain SARS tax directive and upload onto the system. Accurately maintain the divorce court order register. Prepare and submit accurate reports regarding the status of divorce orders. Investigate client queries within the agreed service level and ensure that client receives timely feedback. Escalate client queries to the relevant department or stakeholder. Provide accurate information and advice to clients and stakeholders to ensure that the client receives the appropriate after-sales services. Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders. Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders to ensure client expectations are managed. Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility. Participate and contribute to a culture that builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.
