Employer Description A travel management company built for African businesses Job Description Design, develop, and maintain MIS reporting framework for clients , including spend analysis, trend reports, and performance dashboards. Analyse data from invoicing systems and online booking tools to derive insights and support business decisions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Finance to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable outputs. Present findings and dashboards to management with clear narrative and business relevance. Perform data audits and proactively resolve inconsistencies or discrepancies in reporting. Recommend and implement improvements to MIS processes, structures, and tools to enhance efficiency. Lead or support the integration of Power BI into client and internal reporting environments. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in data reporting and analytics. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, BusinessIntelligence, or a related field Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI) Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals Advanced Excel certification (e.g., MOS: Microsoft Office Specialist) Skills Minimum 8 years of experience in a reporting, data analysis, or MIS role, preferably within a Travel Management Company (TMC) or similar services industry. Demonstrated expertise in using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel (advanced), and/orTableau. Experience working with large data sets from multiple sources (ERP , invoicing, online tools). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
