Build and enhance Salesforce applications using: Apex classes and triggers Develop reusable, maintainable code following Salesforce best practices. Assist in the implementation of custom objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts. Financial Services Cloud Experience Cloud Loyalty Management Agentforce (where applicable) Support business users with configuration requests and minor customizations. Assist in developing OmniStudio components such as Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures. Contribute to automation and workflow processes to improve operational efficiency. 4. Integration & Data Management Support integration of Salesforce with external systems using APIs or middleware tools. Assist in data migration, data quality validation, and reporting. 5. Troubleshooting & Support Diagnose and resolve system issues, data inconsistencies, and minor performance challenges. Provide support for end-users and assist in resolving configuration or functional issues. Work closely with senior developers, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team meetings. Continuously learn and develop Salesforce technical skills. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering Experience 2–5 years of Salesforce development experience Hands-on experience with: Apex and Triggers Exposure to Salesforce Clouds: Financial Services Cloud Experience Cloud Loyalty Management Agent force (preferred) Familiarity with OmniStudio components is a plus Technical Skills Apex development and triggers Salesforce Flows and automation tools Custom objects, validation rules, page layouts REST/SOAP APIs and basic integration knowledge Git version control and basic CI/CD concepts Preferred Certifications Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant (advantageous) Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to quality and best practices Ability to learn quickly and adopt new Salesforce tools Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely completion of assigned development tasks Quality and stability of implemented Salesforce solutions Accuracy of Salesforce configuration and customizations Collaboration and contribution to team knowledge sharing Responsiveness in resolving system issues and support tickets #J-18808-Ljbffr
