The successful candidate will manage a set of SME Accounts with the focus on customer growth and retention, while ensuring that RSAWEB provide the best products and solutions to transition the client's business in an innovative manner. Job Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients using excellent relationship building techniques. Develop account management strategies and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions to meet client needs. Use previous business development and solution selling experience to grow the SME customer base. Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. Attend industry networking events, as required. Create meaningful proposals customized to each customer requirement. Aggressively manage the sales cycle to ensure customers are onboarded quickly and efficiently. Effectively coordinate and escalated matters to relevant business managers and stakeholders. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and weekly activity reports. Demonstrate a successful sales track record in a solution sales environment. Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on upsell. Engage with organizations to position RSAWEB solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and demonstrating an understanding of competitors. Uncover and create additional and new business opportunities. Negotiate and close deals under pressure and influence all stakeholders in a deal. Qualifications 3‑Year Diploma or Degree level preferential. Skills and experience will be evaluated in lieu of a formal qualification. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Commitment to delighting customers and creating a trusted environment for customers to engage in. Ownership – able to take responsibility, troubleshoot problems and work with teams to get results. Ruthless on customer service excellence. Proficient in oral and written communication skills (English and Afrikaans). Ability to cultivate trust and credibility with peers and customers and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of RSAWEB. Positive attitude, self‑motivated and managed.
