Permanent - Field Merchandiser - Cape Town - South Africa Reporting to the Regional Sales & Merchandising Manager. Responsibilities Ensure space allocation and location of merchandise is properly maintained and have the necessary materials and tools on hand. Ensure space allocations are properly stocked at all times. Ensure product knowledge, including best sellers, slow sellers and item codes. Work closely with sales representative to maximize space and sales in all stores. Meet or exceed all goals, duties and responsibilities monthly. Perform physical tasks such as merchandising and traveling. Utilize shelf space effectively, shape and stock display. Follow routes with maximum productivity. Taken photographs of each store visit before and after and send to head office. Submit call reports daily. Follow product planograms and display stock correctly in store. Report customer complaints to the sales manager. Requirements Matric qualification. Field Merchandising experience; experience with FMCG is beneficial. Valid Driver’s license.
