Overview Office Manager – Conservation Organisation. Located in the Hoedspruit area (30 km from Hoedspruit), the organisation is a long‑standing non‑profit dedicated to protecting certain carnivore species and promoting ecocentric leadership. It steward over 6,000 ha of pristine bushveld wilderness in the Greater Kruger region and has a large, influential supporter network worldwide. Responsibilities The Office Manager supports the implementation of operational goals across our properties and programs. They foster the trust’s ethos, build and collaborate with a dependable staff team, and work in cooperation with other managers and departments. Education Grade 12 and a university degree in a relevant field. Experience 5‑10 years of management experience with a proven track record and references. Background in accounting, bookkeeping, and operations is advantageous. Key Capacities Computer literate – MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Xero beneficial. Accuracy, attention to detail, strong problem‑solving. Project management and analytical thinking. Accountability and responsibility. Strong interpersonal competence, logistical planning, and meticulous administrative abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and team leadership. Salary and Benefits Above‑market salary, dependent on experience (negotiable). Standard Monday to Friday, in‑office presence.
