Role Overview Support the business by conducting in-depth credit analysis to evaluate risks associated with lending decisions. Provide insights that enable informed, responsible financial solutions aligned with the broader client relationship strategy, ensuring sound risk management and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Analyze credit data to estimate degree of risk in extending credit or lending money in support of a broader client relationship Achieve delivery of exceptional customer experience against the Balanced Scorecard standards Maximise business portfolio cross‑sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements Ensure effective data management by ensuring expired limits are attended to against set target Prepare credit proposals for review by the Credit Product House, ensuring compliance with procedures and processes contained in the Golden Rules Qualifications Business Banking degree 3‑5 years of banking experience In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check Ideal Candidate Profile Analytical Financial acumen Attention to detail Technology savvy Ability to deal with customers (problem solving/customer service) Ability to interpret financial statements Benefits & Opportunities Opportunities to network and collaborate A challenging working environment Opportunities to innovate Closing Date Applications will not be accepted on 11/06/26 and onwards.
