Documents business process requirements through interviews or facilitation sessions. Conducts engagements with key role‑players within the various departments to further understand their business processes, needs, and challenges. Analyzes existing business processes and technology and proposes new developments and changes based on business requirements. Develops functional and technical specifications to meet the business needs of clients. Conducts system analysis for new and existing systems. Constructs programs including coding, testing, and debugging. Prepares business cases and conducts risk assessments. Conducts playback sessions (presentations) with the Business to ensure that the information extracted from the business documents and through the interview process is accurate and complete. Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, outline problems, determine requirements, and deliver data‑driven recommendations and documents.
