We are looking for a senior, hands-on business development professional who is comfortable operating in a startup environment and owning revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable building pipeline, managing enterprise sales cycles, and working directly with founders. You should be highly organized, commercially minded, and execution focused. You should also be comfortable using AI tools and modern sales technologies to improve performance. This is not a purely strategic role. The successful candidate will be expected to generate leads, close deals, and help shape the company’s commercial growth. This role is designed as a pathway into a future executive position. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance will have the opportunity to grow into the Head of Sales role, with responsibility for building and managing a global sales team.
