Key Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping. 3-5 years' experience as a Bookkeeper in a high-volume environment. Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Autoline, or Pastel. Strong knowledge of reconciliations, inventory control, and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance. Process accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring. Oversee stock, asset tracking, and inventory reconciliations. Prepare VAT, PAYE, and other statutory returns while ensuring internal controls. Key Skills Advanced Excel and financial reporting skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong time management and deadline-driven approach. Effective communication and stakeholder liaison skills. Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping. Bookkeeping or finance-related certification advantageous.
