Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Estate Agent Sales and Letting role based in East London. The role involves sourcing and listing residential and commercial properties, conducting valuations, and preparing property marketing materials. Day-to-day tasks include arranging and conducting viewings, advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies, and negotiating offers for both sales and rentals. The estate agent will manage the full transaction process, from initial inquiry through to contract signing and handover, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also includes maintaining regular communication with property owners, buyers, and tenants, providing excellent customer service, and building a strong personal network to generate new business opportunities. Qualifications Estate agency experience, with proven ability to manage property listings and guide clients through sales and letting processes. Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing transactions in a target-driven environment. Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, responsiveness, and relationship building. Property Management and Residential Real Estate knowledge, including leases, inspections, and local market trends. Relevant real estate certification or licensing as required by local regulations, or willingness to obtain it. Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, property portals, CRM systems, and office software). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for property viewings and client meetings.
