Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly reports, and ensuring all reconciliations are completed timeously. The role involves reviewing transactions across various accounts, analysing variances, and supporting the preparation of management reports and financial statements. You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, including tax submissions, while assisting with audits and budget processes. In addition, the position requires collaboration with internal teams, providing guidance on financial procedures, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function. There will also be an element of mentoring junior staff and supporting overall finance operations. Skills & Experience: Strong reconciliation skills across general ledger, balance sheet, and cash-related accounts Ability to prepare and analyse monthly financial reports and identify variances Good understanding of VAT, statutory submissions, and compliance requirements Experience working on ERP systems and strong Excel capability High attention to detail with the ability to meet strict deadlines Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team Minimum 35 years relevant accounting experience Solid understanding of financial processes, controls, and reporting Qualification: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting Connect with us on
