The environment is collaborative, high-performance driven, and offers strong career growth within a future-focused industry.If you are looking to contribute to a purpose-driven business while enhancing your leadership and technical expertise, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Oversee transactional finance functions, including cash, creditors, debtors, payroll, and fixed assets Ensure the accuracy of financial records, reconciliations, and trial balances Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and banking relationships Prepare financial reporting, analysis, and operational KPIs for management and Board reporting Perform consolidations, inter-company transactions, and variance analysis across entities Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, and statutory requirements Lead audit processes and act as the primary contact for external auditors Identify process improvements, financial risks, and control gaps Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (essential) Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles E xperience: Minimum 3+ years' post-articles experience in a similar role 35 years experience managing a team Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border environments (Africa experience advantageous) Experience in project, construction, or complex inter-company environments beneficial Skills: Strong financial and analytical capability Advanced Excel and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite or Microsoft D365 advantageous) Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills High attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Apply now!
