We are looking for a Design Engineer / Software Developer to join our Development Department. Responsibilities Software design and development Capture and analyse user requirements Design and implement solutions Create and maintain project documentation Undertake technology research Organise and attend project reviews Perform regular software builds Address support and production requests Mentor junior team members Assist with Business Development Qualifications BSc (Computer Science) or BEng (Computer Engineering) At least 3 to 5 years\' relevant work experience in software development 3 years\' experience in C# 3 years\' experience in C Skills Proficiency in programming languages C# and C Software design and architecture knowledge Debugging and testing Quality control Exposure to Unix-based operating systems (e.g., Linux) Personal Attributes Mature and positive attitude Strong sense of responsibility Well organised Process driven Lateral and imaginative thinker Able to handle stress and work under pressure Target orientated and delivery focused Ability to multi-task across multiple projects Strong attention to detail Good interpersonal skills Confident and assertive Able to work independently as well as within a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
