We’re looking for a hands‑on Paid Digital Media Specialist to join our growing team at Collab. This is not a reporting‑only role. You’ll be responsible for building, buying, and optimising campaigns across various platforms — with a clear focus on driving real business results (leads, CPL, and quality). You’ll work on high‑volume, performance‑driven accounts where your decisions directly impact sales outcomes. What You’ll Do Set up and manage campaigns across platforms, like: Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Optimise campaigns daily to improve: Conversion rates Run structured A/B tests (creative, audiences, landing pages) Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and other creative assets that align with campaign objectives Monitor and adjust budgets based on performance Analyse performance and extract clear, actionable insights Work closely with strategy and client teams to improve results What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent. 2–5 years of experience in paid media (agency experience preferred) Proven track record in managing lead generation campaigns Strong working knowledge of: Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Experience with: Conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, Meta CAPI) Social media platforms, like TikTok, Microsoft Ads, Twitter, and LinkedIn Campaign structure and optimisation best practices Ability to think beyond the platform (not just clicks and CTR) Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment Bonus Points Experience in automotive or high‑volume lead gen industries Understanding of lead quality vs volume dynamics Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly What You’ll Get Hybrid working setup (Milnerton‑based office) Exposure to major national brands and campaigns Real growth opportunity in a scaling agency A team that values performance, ownership, and smart thinking #J-18808-Ljbffr
