The role involves operating spray equipment to apply industrial paints, epoxy resin coatings, and protective finishes to floors, walls, and structural elements. The successful candidate will mix and match coatings according to specification sheets, monitor film thickness and finish quality, and carry out touch‑ups as required. Daily tasks include maintaining spraying tools and equipment, following health and safety procedures (including PPE use and safe handling of materials), and working efficiently to meet project deadlines. The Industrial Sprayer will collaborate with site supervisors, colleagues, and clients to ensure work is completed to specification and with minimal disruption. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial spray painting, including preparation and application of paints, epoxy coatings, or similar industrial finishes. Strong understanding of surface preparation methods (e.g., cleaning, sanding, masking) and the ability to read and follow job specifications or method statements. Familiarity with spray equipment setup, operation, and basic maintenance, including airless and conventional spray systems. Commitment to health and safety, including safe use of PPE, handling of chemicals, and compliance with site safety rules and risk assessments. Ability to work on‑site across different commercial and industrial environments, sometimes at height or in confined spaces, as project needs require. Good attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to complete tasks to a high standard within set deadlines. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse site team. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to various sites in East London and surrounding areas is highly desirable. Relevant trade qualification, apprenticeship, or industry certifications in industrial painting or coatings is an advantage but not essential with strong experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
