Key Responsibilities Drive shift outcomes to meet contractual service levels. Manage expenditures within budget; investigate and correct overruns. Enforce procedural compliance and staff training. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and hold staff accountable. Conduct staff meetings, discipline, and training. Resolve operational and staff issues effectively. Requirements Relevant Tertiary Degree (Honours in Business / Supply Chain preferred). 3–5 years of experience in Warehousing, Distribution, Transport, FMCG, or QRS Management. Strong computer literacy: MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Advanced WMS and GP system skills.
