BRANCH SALES MANAGER – CAPE TOWN Reference: MID648Midrand Reference: MID648 Midvaal Recruitment is currently seeking a Branch Sales Manager for an established company operating within essential services and compliance solutions, including risk management, fire equipment, detection systems, and training services. This role offers a dynamic blend of 70% sales and 30% administration , suited to a commercially driven individual with strong financial acumen and leadership capability. Key Responsibilities: Drive Business-to-Business (B2B) sales and revenue growth Develop and maintain strong client relationships Conduct cold canvassing and generate new leads Oversee branch operations, including sales performance and reporting Manage inventory, forecasting, and planning Implement business plans and achieve branch targets Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year experience in a B2B sales environment Strong understanding of financials and profit margins Proven leadership and management capability Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong administrative and organizational skills Computer literacy (MS Office, Pastel advantageous) Fluent in English and Afrikaans Own reliable transport and willingness to travel Advantageous: Experience in fire equipment or related technical environment Additional Information: Salary: To be discussed with successful candidates A two-week paid trial period will be required before final appointment Apply:
