This role will support the Financial Manager and Financial Director with the day-to-day financial activities of the business, including reporting, reconciliations, compliance, controls, and financial support across various divisions.Key Responsibilities: Assist with month-end reporting processes and journals Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs Perform balance sheet reconciliations Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, Tax Act, and Companies Act requirements Assist with audit preparation and audit queries Review stock adjustments and financial data accuracy Support implementation and adherence to financial controls and procedures Work closely with operational departments to provide financial support and insight Minimum Requirements: 23 years experience in a Financial Accountant role BCom degree in finance Strong knowledge of IFRS, Tax Act, and Companies Act SAIPA registration advantageous Advanced Excel skills essential Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Professional, organised, and deadline-driven Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively under pressure Strong business acumen and decision-making ability Team player with a proactive approach 📩 Interested candidates are invited to apply directly via the portal.
